WHY LIGHTWEIGHT STEEL FRAME?

Our preferred construction material at Pinnacle is lightweight steel. Constructing with lightweight steel offers several benefits over traditional brick/block.

Lower labour costs. Constructing frames with lightweight steel is a faster and more efficient process, leading to lower costs for labour.
Strength. Lightweight steel offers superior strength – it doesn’t sag or bow, and it is unaffected by termites. It is also earthquake-proof and resistant to weather.
Lower overall project costs. Lightweight steel structures can be fabricated in our workshop and transported to the most remote of areas, for a fraction of the cost of a traditional brick/block build.

STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION

We are Tanzania’s lightweight steel construction specialists. From safari camps and lodges, to roofing and prefabricated buildings. No commercial or domestic project is too large or small for the Pinnacle team.

DESIGN/ARCHITECTURE

If you can imagine it, we can design it. We work closely with local and internationally trained designers and architects to bring your vision to life.

STEEL MANUFACTURING

From window frames and gazebos through to basketball courts and workshops, we can manufacture almost anything from light or heavyweight steel.

CONVENTIONAL BRICK/BLOCK

Though we prefer constructing with lightweight steel, we also have extensive experience constructing with traditional brick/block methods.

CONCRETE / EARTHWORKS

From a design through to completed project, we can handle all steps of the process, and this includes site earthworks and concrete-laying.

CABINET MAKING / JOINERY

We work extensively with wood – from kitchen cupboards and vanities, through to wooden decking and outdoor furniture, no project is too large or small.
